I would give 0/5 if it allowed me to. Towlson Plumbing was referred to me by a friend who know them (the owner) pretty well. My friend reached out to the company on my behalf via email (a couple times) to explain my needs. 10 days went by and no communication. My friend reached out again (inadvertently) on the phone, and shortly after that conversation, I received a call from the owner. I was immediately apologized to, by him saying that "this is not how we do business" and the email was not noticed by the receptionist/the note was lost on my desk. I get things get missed, but I don't need to hear the blame game. After the owner saw my previous quote from another company (forwarded via email), he stated he could definitely help and save me some money on the cost. Then he said the quote the other company was way too high and "I think they're not even licensed plumbers" (the other company). I don't need to hear another company being bashed, let alone at first contact. We finally figured out a night after work to set up for him to come out and check things out for an estimate (which was set for the next night, literally 24 hours). I even rearranged my schedule to get out of work a little early to accommodate him since I work late hours. I have still not heard anything to date, he has still not shown up (or contacted in any way). I get if you're busy and either can't do it, or don't want the business, please do the professional and responsible adult thing and just say so. Don't leave someone hanging who's in emergency mode (which was made clear). It's rude and unprofessional, especially from the owner. So after all that waiting, it has pushed my emergency plumbing issues off another 2 weeks. And this is all went on without any in-person meetings, contracts, assessments etc. No thank you. Even if I could save money, I'd rather go with a company that I'm familiar with, trust and have used in the past than deal with this. My friend that referred them is embarrassed, upset and regrets referring because of the situation. My friend will NOT refer anyone to them again.

Called Towlson Plumbers, showed problem with facet outside barely running Came late but had called me to let know the night before was going to be late I had had other plumbers before them come to fixed or replaced facet and they wanted to charge me over $500. dollars or cut all my pipes in crawlspace and move to different area of the house OMG insane they replaced it with new facet, runs really great and were very nice fellows to deal with would recommend Towlson Plumbers they were really nice guys Chris and Tim. fair priced we are happy with new facet Glad I got smart husband also 11-2024 had dripping faucet spoke with Chris few days before they came the one handle needed new cylinder only few days later Tim came and didnt bring part said he doesnt have it or carry it you get any hardware store like Home depot but wanted just sell us whole new faucet told no thank you wasted are time my husband was unhappy I felt they were just trying to hustle us well it is fixed AN NO NEW FAUCET EITHER we won't be calling them ever again really felt trying to rip us off for more money to spend

We had two men come out to our house 1/9/24 to unclog a drain in our basement. It was backing up raw sewage every time we used any sort of water in the house. I am very much pleased that they were able to unclog the drain. On the other hand, I am VERY disgusted and disappointed on the lack of common sense from the two men and blatant disregard for the customers home. They brought in a large device to unclog the drain, while in the basement the device was wheeled across human feces that had back from the drain. Once finished, they then proceeded to wheel it up the stairs and wheel it across the kitchen floor over door mats and into the garage over more door mats. We had to deep clean human feces off of our kitchen floor and garage floor. We also had to throw out three door mats that again had human feces all over them. When I confronted them, their lack of remorse was astounding! A simple ask from them if there is a hose to rinse off the wheels or at the very least some paper towels and cleaner to clean the wheels before bringing it through the house. Which in my opinion they should already have handy. I am not the type of person to write reviews but this was unacceptable . Again, I am very happy they were able to fix the issue but absolutely disgusted of the situation and how they handled it.

Towlson Plumbing is outstanding!! I’m so grateful that Chris and Nick were able to replace my hot water tank on the same day that it began to leak. Both men were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Chris and Nick for your speedy and excellent service!! I highly recommend Towlson Plumbing!

I was so impressed with Towlson Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc customer service, especially Sean’s service department teammates Chris and Nick. They went above and beyond to help fix my two plumbing issues effectively and professionally.

Towlson fit us into their schedule the same day as our emergency even though they had other jobs lined up already for the day. We needed a 100+ line clean-up so they gave me some options and came prepared to take care of the problem. They were courteous and professional. For instance, they spoke respectfully of the job done up to 100 feet by the plumbers who came out the year before. They didn't charge us the late day fee even though they ended up working into the evening. I am very pleased with their work and professional manner. Their rates were also reasonable when compared with our other plumbing experience. I will definitely use them again for our plumbing problems.

Towlson's is one of the best companies I've had the privilege of doing business with. I've used them for multiple properties in all different levels of urgency from a simple service call, to a house that was 70% destroyed and needed the entire plumbing system, along with heating and cooling systems replaced. I can't say enough good things about this company and their AMAZING employees. If you need anything that involves plumbing or heating and cooling systems done, and done right the first time, by People who truly care about their customers, then you will be very happy that you chose Towlson's to get the job done.
